In addition, with our strategic alliance with one of the countries leading construction companies we are able to offer competitive solutions for column and sign erection, luminary installation, internal wiring and certification, planned and reactive maintenance and the completion of repair works.

Where highway street lighting is managed under PFI arrangements we can provide total management solutions for the client or where this is inappropriate, interface management between client, PFI holder and Distribution Network operator to ensure programme completion to specification and time.

Where clients use third party street lighting service providers, we are able to provide project management support on either a project by project basis or long term contractual arrangement providing flexibility and budgetary control to finance controllers.

For utility companies we undertake design services for the provision of electricity services to street lights and signs from our utility trained and experienced staff.

Many Highway Authorities are either unaware of their responsibilities under the ESQC Regulations 2002 or have not put in place an action plan for compliance. We are able to provide robust solutions to address all issues raised in these onerous regulations that satisfy the requirements in the most commercial manner.
